East West Holiday Pop-up Shop, Dec. 10-13

We are pleased to announce that the East West Holiday Pop Up Shop will take place at East West Venue, 278 Haywood Road on Thursday, December 10 – Sunday, December 13, 2015. The free event will be open Thursday 3PM – 9PM, Friday and Saturday 11AM – 9PM, and Sunday 11AM – 6PM. We will feature a curated selection from some of today’s finest independent makers, along with workshops, food and drinks, music, and more.

Shoppers will find a variety of outstanding handmade and vintage goods at the Pop Up Shop – ranging from one-of-a-kind jewelry, greeting cards, clothing, accessories, leather goods, art prints, housewares, and holiday gifts. Thursday, December 10th Blackberg Creative Studios will host a Meet & Make Craft Night where participants will learn to arm knit a cozy scarf from 7PM – 9PM. Further details and pricing can be found on the event website.

Friday, December 11th will be the Grand Opening Party from 5PM – 9PM. Starting at 5PM, East West tote bags screenprinted by Holdfast Outfitters will be given to the first 50 attendees. Inside one of those bags will be a $50 Gift Certificate to use at the Holiday Pop Up Shop. Expect a lively and festive atmosphere, appropriate for all ages. Attendees can choose to dine at Belly Up Food Truck. Beer from Wicked Weed will be served, along with wine. Visitors are also welcome to participate in Massive Booth’s free Holiday Photo Booth.

Sunday, December 14th Santa will be at the Pop Up Shop for kids and families to take pictures with from 11:30AM – 1:30PM. After snapping their photos, kids are invited to decorate an ornament at Blackberg Creative Studios’s free craft table.
