Chef alums from long-established restaurants are opening their own places (Isa’s Bistro, Bull and Beggar). Two detail-obsessed pizzerias are raising the bar for pies in town (All Souls Pizza, Pizza Pura), while one restaurant is going big with biscuits (Biscuit Head). Also of note: A craft brewery with a constantly rotating tap (Wicked Weed Brewing), a restaurant with Southern and Caribbean flair (Ambrozia Bar & Bistro), and a new downtown fine dining option (Chestnut).
