Former opponent Chris Petrella endorses Vance Patterson in 11th District race

PRESS RELEASE (from Vancenc.com)
Chris Petrella, a former GOP primary candidate for the 11th congressional district in Western North Carolina, today announced his endorsement of Vance Patterson in the Republican Runoff election on July 17th. Petrella’s endorsement comes as a result of Patterson’s mutual interest in strong job-creation policy centered on enabling businesses to flourish.

Petrella said, “I decided to endorse Vance Patterson in the Republican runoff because he is the only candidate with a proven track record as a job creator. As an Economic Development Specialist, I’ve dedicated my life to understanding how our free-market economy creates jobs, and as a successful and ambitious entrepreneur, Vance Patterson has the unique experience of implementing those concepts and creating real, high quality jobs. It is just that kind of experience and initiative that we need in Washington to bring our economy back to the vibrant strength and world leadership that is expected of America. In these tough economic times, there is no question that Vance Patterson should be the next Congressman for Western North Carolina.”

Patterson said, “I am honored to have Chris Petrella’s endorsement. He has a broad and deep understanding of the unique free-market economy we enjoy in this country, and his confidence in my background as a job creator is a high compliment. I hope the voters on July 17th will have the same appreciation for Chris’ expertise in this crucial election.”

Vance Patterson is a candidate for North Carolina’s 11th congressional district in the July 17th Republican primary runoff. Patterson is an entrepreneur in Morganton, NC, and has started 16 companies throughout his career, including two that have been named in “INC. 500 fastest growing companies in America.”
