The Western North Carolina Regional Air Quality Agency issued a public notice of hearing and comment period on a Pre-hearing Request for Delegation of Federal Plan 40 CFR 62 Subpart LLL, Federal Plan Requirements for Sewage Sludge Incineration Units Constructed on or Before October 14, 2010 in the Thursday, November 17th edition of the Asheville Tribune and the Weaverville Tribune newspapers. The notice is attached for your review.
A public hearing is scheduled for December 21, 2016. Written comments will be accepted through December 23, 2016.
