Ingles Presents the Second Annual Ultimate Air Dogs Competition at Asheville Outlets
Event is Last Regional Qualifier for Ultimate Air GamesASHEVILLE, NORTH CAROLINA (October 5, 2016) – Asheville Outlets will team up with Ingles to host the Ultimate Air Dogs (UAD) three day competition at Asheville Outlets, Friday, October 7 through Sunday, October 9. Always a crowd favorite, spectators can enjoy the athleticism of some of the country’s top dogs as they jump, dive and catch their way through a variety of challenges. This event is the last chance regional qualifier for Ultimate Air Games.
The dogs will compete on Friday, October 7th at 5 p.m. and 7 p.m., Saturday, October 8th at 1 p.m., 3 p.m., 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. and on Sunday, October 9th at 11 a.m., 1 p.m. and 4:30 p.m.
At the end of each competitive round, volunteers will sell numbered tennis balls for a donation. The balls will be dumped into the diving pool and one of the canine stars will jump in and retrieve a winning number. The winner will receive Ingles and Asheville Outlets Gift Cards and other great prizes. Also, non-competing dogs can explore dock diving between the competition rounds for a donation.
“The high-flying canines are back and will test their skills in a 90’ pool set-up in front of Field & Stream!” says Sharon Morgan, Asheville Outlets General Manager. “This event is a ton of fun for the entire family and proceeds from the tennis ball jump and dock dives each day will benefit Brother Wolf Animal Rescue.” Ingles Ultimate Air Dogs is free to spectators.
Ultimate Air Dogs is one of the country’s premiere dock jumping organizations and features both novice competitors and seasoned jumpers. UAD provides more open dock and practice times than any other organization. For more information and to register visit http://www.ultimateairdogs.com.
