Inspire Personal Fitness has grand re-opening, Jan. 22

From a press release:

“O3 Health & Fitness” Becomes “Inspire Personal Fitness”

Inspire Personal Fitness will open its doors to the public for a grand re-opening event Thursday, Jan. 22, 4-8 pm. This event is to announce and celebrate the official re-branding of “O3 Health & Fitness” as “Inspire Personal Fitness.”

The name and brand change is to better reflect the values that owner Keith Wimsett and his team of fitness experts embody in their approach to helping people “live healthy and feel better” through fitness and nutrition. Wimsett shares that, “Over the past two years our studio has evolved from a 1-on-1 model to more of a focus on team and community. I wanted to create a brand that better reflected this environment and Inspire Personal Fitness does just that.”

The Inspire Personal Fitness model is unique in that coaches help people feel healthy and be healthy rather than focusing on a specific number on a scale or what clothes a person may wear. Inspire members engage with a team of expert coaches who work together to challenge and guide members to achieve their goals.

Inspire’s grand re-opening event will offer the following:

  • Free demos of their exclusive F.I.T.T. classes
  • Free drinks and snacks
  • Door prizes from local businesses
  • A chance to win a free year of personal training and other cool prizes
