TIME’S UP!!! Interactive Strategies to Stay on Track for ADHD Adults! 

Asheville, NC- For many of us summer represents a more ‘laid-back’ schedule and a ‘loose, flexible routine’. Transitioning from summer to fall can be difficult & stressful, especially when you are an ADHD adult and have the responsibilities of school, work, family or all of the above. CoachRudy is here to keep you on track.. He will present an interactive and entertaining seminar, Times Up!: Interactive Strategies to Stay on Track. Participants will learn practical strategies for successful time management and organizational management with ADHD. The workshop will address key ADHD challenges including: prioritizing, routine and structure, procrastination, distraction, overwhelm, and managing projects more effectively. CoachRudy will introduce useful, everyday tools that will help you to manage your time more wisely. By the end of this class you should feel motivated.

Rudy Rodriguez is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Intrinsic Coach®. He first began working with ADHD children in 1981 and has maintained a private clinical practice in Asheville, NC since 1983. As an ADHD adult himself, he brings a very personal understanding as well as his clinical experience and coaching expertise to his working with ADD/ADHD children, adolescents and adults.

CoachRudy is the founder of the ADHD Center for Success where he brings his passion and commitment to partner with ADHD adults to co-create successful experiences in their lives, their relationships and careers.
