Jazz artist Russ Wilson to perform at Isis Restaurant & Music Hall, June 12

Russ Wilson continues his HISTORY OF JAZZ series in the month of June with THE SWING ERA – VOLUME TWO featuring the vintage big band swing sounds of The Gamble-Wilson Swing Orchestra featuring vocalist Katie Cilluffo.

Michael Gamble and Russ Wilson have worked for many years in each other’s music organizations presenting vintage music. Now they work together in forming an orchestra presenting the authentic sounds of the 30’s & 40’s. The music of Duke Ellington, Count Basie, Benny Goodman, Artie Shaw, Gene Krupa and many more.

The lovely and talented Katie Cilluffo will join the orchestra on June 12th to sing some of the great swing era tunes including “Why Don’t You Do Right”, “Any Old Time”, “And The Angels Sing” and others.
