MG Road hosts Shibushi ramen pop-up, May 1-2

If 64 degree eggs are your thing, it may be time to cancel your weekend plans. Chef Jake Whitman is taking over the MG Road kitchen for a “special one-off, two-night stint of non-stop ramen deliciousness,” this Friday and Saturday, May 1-2, from 5:30 p.m. until 10:30 p.m., according to Michael Files, partner and manager at Chai Pani and MG Road.

Whitman’s ad hoc menu includes a pork, chicken and vegetarian ramen option, plus steamed chicken liver dumpling appetizers. Don’t forget to save room for dessert — a strawberry mochi brûlée.

MG Road is at 19 Wall Street. Click here for more event information.
