Mills River to Celebrate 10th Anniversary

Mills River will celebrate its 10th year as an incorporated town on Friday, June 21 from 4-7 p.m. at Mills River Park, located at 124 Town Center Drive. Festivities will include free food, live music and games for kids.

Indeed, the Town has been busy in the last ten years developing services, building town hall, master planning a 50 acre park, completing phase one of park construction and sponsoring a sewer line project. Development has been steady with some major projects coming to the Town including a new 90,000 square foot Ingle’s grocery store, the east coast brewing location for Sierra Nevada Brewing Company and many other commercial and industrial additions.
