Moose Café closes temporarily for renovations

Press release:

Moose Café will temporarily close their doors at 570 Brevard Road, on January 27th, 2014. After 23 years serving the great people of Western North Carolina they plan to do renovations on the kitchen and dining room. During the renovations Moose Café is proud to announce that they will be taking their long time staff down to Hendersonville, North Carolina where they will open their third restaurant location. In addition to the Asheville staff they will bring new jobs to the Hendersonville market with positions available for front and back of the house. The Moose Café prides itself on serving comfort food with fresh, local, & seasonal ingredients and they will continue this tradition in Hendersonville. As Southern Living said “The biscuits are the fluffy, steamy, aromatic calling card of this homey restaurant,” and they don’t plan to miss a beat or a biscuit during this transition.

“After more than two decades we are excited to renovate our location on Brevard Road. We have enjoyed the many years of service to Western NC and look forward to enhancing our customer’s experience. In the meantime we are happy to announce our new location opening in Hendersonville and are glad to be able to bring our beloved staff over to help us get things started!” Owner- Bill Walker

Throughout the duration of the renovations customers will continue to be able to enjoy farm fresh comfort food seven days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner in Hendersonville, NC with the Moose Café’s legacy staff. They plan to re-open their doors at the Western NC Farmers Market in the spring with the fresh blooms and a fresh new look.

The Moose Café is North Carolina’s Ultimate Farm to Table Restaurant serving farm fresh products with a southern flair seven days a week.
