Greenest Grass was started in 2015 by Jay Chekansky following 12 years in mechanical engineering disciplines. Jay worked on a number of engineering projects that reduced automotive engine emissions, improved fuel economy, and lastly developing hybrid electric lawn care equipment. Rather than bringing these eco-friendly technologies to market, he decided to bring it to the public by starting Greenest Grass.
