Oncology Community Support Group

Burchard/OB Conference Room, 100 Hospital Drive, Hendersonville
Offered by the Park Ridge Health Oncology Center. Open to anyone in the community undergoing the stress of cancer treatments, including caregivers and family members. For more information, please contact Lauren Woodard, Oncology Licensed Social Worker, at 828-681-2917.

Events at The Baby Place
Celebrate Pregnancy (One full day)

9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Park Ridge Health, 100 Hospital Drive, Hendersonville

This is not your typical childbirth class! This class is offered in an interactive format to help you learn and retain all the correct and most important information. Topics covered in the course include the following: Dealing with pregnancy ailments, labor process & labor support techniques, breastfeeding & newborn care, and a tour of The Baby Place. Bring three pillows and a baby doll or stuffed animal to class.

*Scholarships are available for those in need of financial assistance for classes at The Baby Place at Park Ridge Health. Please call 855.PRH.LIFE for more information.

W.O.W. Health Screenings
*Wellness on Wheels screenings are scheduled to resume in January 2014.
