This class is open to couples that prefer a weekend, one-day option. A light breakfast is featured. For lunch, registrants are encouraged to experience a chef-prepared meal available for purchase at the Café at Park Ridge Health. Topics covered in the course include the following: dealing with pregnancy discomforts, labor process & labor support techniques, breastfeeding & newborn care, and a tour of The Baby Place. This class is $65.00 per couple. Add a massage voucher ($65 value) to use at The Baby Place Spa for just $30! Please bring three comfortable pillows and a baby doll or stuffed animal to class.*Scholarships are available for those in need of financial assistance for classes at The Baby Place at Park Ridge Health.
