Rhubarb partners with French wine importer for two prix fixe dinners

PRESS RELEASE from Rhubarb:

Amazing French wines are taking over Rhubarb on Sunday, March 13, and Monday, March 14. We are excited to have our friend and French wine guru, Frederick Corriher owner and founder of Frederick Corriher Wine, LLC., join us at Rhubarb for two very special events.

Frederick Corriher Wine is a Charleston, S.C.-based, French wine import company specializing in authentic, grower-made wines. Known for both his intensity and passion for his growers’ wines, Frederick has a unique ability to virtually transport both clients and consumers alike to the cellars of France and share with them the very soul of each wine in his portfolio.

On Sunday, March 13, wines from the Rhone Valley enhance Sunday Supper. Beginning at 6:30 p.m., guests can enjoy a three-course, family style supper with three excellent wine pairings including Domaine des Schistes Côtes du Roussillon ‘Le Bosc’ Blanc 2013, Domaine du Grand Planal Corbières Rosé 2014 and Domaine Durieu Côtes du Rhône Villages Plan de Dieu 2013. Tickets are $42 per person.

On Monday, March 14, guests can enjoy a pairing dinner featuring wines from Burgundy and Rhone Valley. Selected wines include Domaine Saint-Marc Bourgogne Hautes-Côtes-de-Beaune Blanc 2013, Domaine des Terres de Velle Bourgogne Rouge 2013, Domaine Durieu Châteauneuf-du-Pape 2013 and Domaine de la Vieille Julienne Châteauneuf-du-Pape ‘Les Trois Sources’ 2011.
