RiverMusic needs volunteers

PRESS RELEASE:

RiverMusic volunteers needed!
The first RiverMusic concert is May 6 — 17 days away! Can you believe it? I’m nervous
and excited and feeling unprepared and looking forward to it all at the same time.
One thing that would cut down on some of that nervousness and feeling of unpreparedness
would be to get the volunteer roster set sooner as opposed to later.
Our bands on May 6 are Les Amis (members of Toubab Krewe & Zansa), Major and The
Monbacks, and The Greyhounds. Gates will open at 5.
For the most part, we’re working two shifts — 4:45 — 7:30 and 7:15 — 10.
First shift is partially covered, but second shift is wide open.
We need volunteers for a little bit of everything.
We’re also recruiting volunteers for set-up and takedown duty (especially appreciated,
as we’re exhausted by that time).
You can sign up by clicking here! HERE
Please do not hesitate to contact me should you have qualms, questions or quarrel.
Thanks, y’all.
Sincerely,
dave
