PRESS RELEASE FROM SEASON’S AT HIGHLAND LAKE

Flat Rock, North Carolina – December 1, 2014 – Season’s at Highland Lake announces the December Cooking Class, “A Hearty Winter Menu,” to be held Dec. 13, at 11 a.m. at the restaurant.  Pastry Chef Stephen Spence will prepare a chocolate mousse torte with chocolate bourbon ice cream, cranberry coulis and an almond tuile cookie. The NV Segura Viudas Brut Reserva Cava at $7 has been selected to pair with this dessert.
