Season’s at Highland Lake to host annual Holiday Brunch Buffet, Dec. 7

Flat Rock, NC – Season’s at Highland Lake will start the holiday season in grand style with their annual Holiday Brunch Buffet 10:30 a.m.-2 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 7.

Soup selections will feature sweet potato and cardamom bisque and a hearty white bean and kale soup with smoked ham. Season’s salad bar, elaborate fruit display and house-smoked salmon will also be highlighted.

Breakfast selections will include Season’s Build-Your-Own Omelet Station featuring an assortment of cheeses, vegetables and meats, applewood smoked bacon, buttermilk biscuits, sausage gravy and chocolate-cherry stuffed crème brûlée French toast.

Entrées will include our traditional salt and herb crusted New York strip loin, hand carved and accompanied by horseradish cream and au jus. Other entrées are pork roulade with date and walnut cornbread stuffing and pecan crusted chicken scaloppinia

A tempting array of side dishes and holiday desserts will complete this festive brunch buffet.
