“Seconds on Sundays,” during February at Woolworth Walk

Sundays in February: the 2nd, 9th, 16th and 23rd.

Woolworth Walk, Asheville’s largest local-artist gallery, will host a Sunday-only event during the month of February where artists will offer “seconds” of their work. Seconds are pieces of art which don’t quite live up to the artist’s standards, often only the artist is aware of the imperfection. Some of our artists will be offering discontinued jewelry designs in place of “seconds”. Customers will be able to take advantage of great prices on art pieces. Some of the artists who will offer special prices on selected items are jewelry artists Q Evon, Bob Wright and Jody Ochs (Jody Ochs on Feb. 8th only), painters Stuart Roper, Angela Alexander, Sarah Faulkner and Jennifer Barrineau, potters Meghan Bernard, Ann & Sandy Batton, and clothing designer Myah Hubbell – to mention just a few of the artists participating.
