Soundbarre, a local barre fitness studio has created a new program that will assist single mothers in the Asheville community. The program is called Soundbarre Super Moms and will offer single mothers free, unlimited access to fitness classes at Soundbarre for a minimum of six consecutive months. All interested single mothers are encouraged to apply, and a limited number of applicants will be selected on a rolling basis. Raising children is one of the most important, but challenging jobs around. As a single parent, the load is even greater. Soundbarre’s belief is that it’s vital for those hard-working Mamas to remember to nurture their own bodies in order to stay healthy for their children, as well as for themselves. The Soundbarre Super Moms program hopes to support single mothers in their wellness journey by providing a welcoming and uplifting space where they can both strengthen the body and nourish the mind.
