Sunday, Feb. 2nd 3:00-4:00pm Skype visit with Annabel Monaghan, author of A Girl Named Digit and the new sequel Double Digit about a teen math genius (soon to be adapted as a tv movie). Recommended for ages 12 to adult. Free. Spellbound Children’s Bookshop 828.708.7570

Sunday, Feb. 2nd 4:00-5:00pm ROYAL Book Club for adult readers of young adult fiction meets to discuss Double Digit by Annabel Monaghan. Ages 18 and up. Free. Spellbound Children’s Bookshop 828.708.7570

Saturday, Feb 8th 2:00-5:00pm Find your family’s furry valentine at an adoption event featuring dogs and cats from Brother Wolf Animal Rescue. Spellbound will have free activities for the kids and will give away pet care books to all who adopt. All ages. Free. Spellbound Children’s Bookshop 828.708.7570

Friday, Feb. 21st 6:00-8:00pm Book vs. Movie Club for the whole family meets the third Friday of each month to watch a movie based on a book and discuss the differences between the two.
