MILLS RIVER — The Mills River Ingles is almost ready to open, officials said, and Sierra Nevada is on track to start beer production in the fall.
Town Council approved a temporary certificate of occupancy for Ingles Thursday as officials with the grocery store chain said the opening was still on track tentatively for the end of this month.
