Wine dinner at Isa’s Bistro, Jan. 15

On Thursday, Jan. 15, Chef Duane Fernandes of Isa’s Bistro and wine importer Steve Pignatiello will team up to host a wine dinner. During Fernandes’ time as executive chef at the former Horizons at the Grove Park Inn, he and Pignatiello partnered to host many successful dinners together. The Jan. 15 event will be the pair’s first wine dinner together at Isa’s.

Pignatiello has paired five wines with Fernandes’ menu for the dinner. Two of the five wines are among the most prestigious single-vineyard offerings from Burgundy. One is a wine from Chablis, of which only 100 cases per year are made, and the other is from the famous town of Gevrey-Chambertin.

In New York City or Atlanta, this dinner would cost $150 or more, but Isa’s is doing the event for only $90 per person, plus tax and tip. If you like world-class wines paired with delicious food, you will especially enjoy this dinner.
