From WLOS

ASHEVILLE, N.C. — Joey Redner, founder of Cigar City Brewing talked with News 13 Monday night, just days after visiting Asheville.  Redner visited four properties in and around Asheville as well as potential sites around Greenville. The company is considering building a 20 to 25-million-dollar brew plant.

“We actually walked away a lot more serious because as we got there and looked around we could see how serious the city of Asheville is about brewing,” said Redner.

One draw in addition to the brewery scene is that A-B Tech now has a brew training program.
