WLOS: Asheville man wins $332,556 in lottery

At least one Buncombe County resident isn’t going to be worried about the rising cost of gas for a few weeks. From WLOS:

Nicholas Dalleva Jr. of Asheville claimed a Carolina Cash 5 ticket worth $332,556 this afternoon. It’s the largest Cash 5 win in Buncombe County history. His ticket matched all five numbers in the Nov. 3 drawing. Nicholas received a check for $226,138 after state and federal taxes were withheld. The ticket was purchased at the Wilco on Hendersonville Road in Asheville. Odds of winning a Cash 5 jackpot are one in 575,757.
