Hi Jeff,

Jeff Richardson asked me to expedite this permit today. Do you
have reason to believe that Transportation should not approve?

Thank you,

I have no reason not to approve from Transportation Dept. but,
you may want to contact Jeff Moore our city Traffic Engineer. He had
(and others) received an e-mail from Greg Benton with NCDOT that NCDOT
wanted the city to ask them to leave the parking lot beneath I-240.
