Just wanted to pass on a summation of a meeting which was organized and
held at 29 Haywood St in response to what we dealt with early Monday
morning down on Wall St with the Occupy Asheville Protesters. Please use
as needed should someone ask. I'll send another email behind this with
pictures that Jackie took of the crowd and issues which prompted our
later in the day meeting with the group's attorney, Jennifer Foster. She
was hesitant to believe any ordinances were violated until she viewed
the pictures which prompted an immediate apology to APD and the City.

Thanks and everyone will continue to monitor the group since according
to them they will continue this movement in Asheville for a lengthy
period of time. Let me know if you need any further.
