Hi Marsha,
Thank you so much for helping us get this approved. I will absolutely
pass on everything here in your email to all of the groups of people
involved. As far as date and time, it will be Saturday, October 15, 2011
from 2pm-5pm. The description of who is sponsoring it is a coalitian of
Asheville citizens. The number of people who may attend could range from
50 - 300. The event will be in Pritchard Park. Contact information is
me, since I am donating my efforts. My name and phone number are listed
on the application, but again it is: Lindsey Miguelez (828)778-8678.
Additionally, part of the purpose of this event is to have conversations
with the community, including the local businesses that are affected by
these gatherings. You, these businesses, or other leaders are welcome to
come address any concerns or requests with the group gathered, during
the timeframe that we've requested for this permit.
