Kelly Whitlock, our police attorney, is on her way to Wall Street to
meet with some representatives of Occupy Asheville, which may include
you.

Hi Bob,
Wanted to drop you my contact information and also ask whether it would
be that big of a deal to open the Rankin restrooms 24 hrs? It does seem
that providing anyone a safe place to relieve themselves is a basic
human need/right, and we certainly do not want public urination either.
Just let me know if that might be possible, or any of the other
facilities, including the one in the APD cop shop on Haywood Street, for
safety and prevention?
In any event, feel free to call my cell anytime during “the occupation”
should the need arise. I couldn’t find the permit guy’s listing…can you
send that and other contacts, especially re APD?
Thanks so much for the great conversation today and continuing
dialogue…..
