FYI – according to Lt. Gonce there may have been another signed by Jen
Foster – which did not have all the exception or request do you know?



Betty Coulter has requested to have a meeting of the Task Force Team to
discuss this further. I am not sure what level you want to continue to
address this, but I think it is likely to the DD level with input from
the TASK team

Here’s the application…my impression was it was already approved because
Robert Griffin gave Jennifer the permit on Friday afternoon during our
meeting. It was a 180 day permit. I have not responded to the
application.
