A dog in the fight?

Got a bone to pick with Asheville’s animal-control ordinance? The Asheville Police Department is holding a public forum to hear your concerns.

The Tuesday, July 8, meeting is intended to help staff evaluate the effectiveness of the current ordinance and to see what, if any, changes need to be made.

The meeting will be held on the fourth floor training room of the Municipal Building (100 Court Plaza) from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.

The dog in the photo is named Henry and according to a graph that appeared in the Asheville Disclaimer a few years ago he is much cooler than me in every way.

The adorable dogs pictured are Lucy and Harvey. HARVEY.
Their only crime is wishing they could still poop at Beaver Lake.

Jakey-You have to get over your resentment of our babies.
You know how much we love you and think you are a really cool guy (sexiest one in Asheville even) but no one can deny that Harvey is a very good boy. Good boy, Harvey, good! Jakey bad, bad boy. No Jakey, No!
    See the difference?

I won’t even mention your issues with Violet.
