Bogus Warrant where is the seal of the court?
Where is the oath sworn to under pains and penalties of perjury.
    Probaly more elements are missing

  2. Gordon Smith

    The Chad ends ignominiously.

    Dr. Anti Neocon US,

Maybe you know the answer to this burning question – What did County Commission candidate Don Yelton know, and when did he know it? He and Nesbitt have been like peas and carrots for some time now. Has Carolina Stomper Don Yelton been condoning an illegal gambling operation by his brother-in-arms Chad Nesbitt?

Gordon is a bunch of guys playing poker Illegal on the plantation now? Did you see my post above Id say THE STATE I mean the Federal U.S.inc was on gigantic fishing expedtion, problem with fishing is that those who fish, mightjust fall into the water and get eatin by the very fish they stalk out of season.
As far as Yelton is concerned I hear hes one hell of a poker player Id say he’s holding aces.
If Yelton wins we just might reinstate the lawful county which was taken in 1970 and then destroyed by the Federal North Carolina constitution of 1971.
Gordon, I used to think Don was rather boring always talking about local politics until I grew up and learned that they stole the county from us, take back the county , then the State, and then, maybe the republic they stole in 1868.
I wish that Don would have become Clerk probaly the 2nd most powerful consitutional officer in the county.Instead we have a court which is run by a BAR card agent who will protect and run the court for his BAR card brothers instead of the people.
id say when Don gets in, he will restore the magistrate powers of the county commsioners, when that happens Id say the criminals at the court house will be the fished rather than the fishers of mens souls and private property.I say Don will filet them and serve them up on a platter, fried, smoked out,and boiled in water hotter than Hell which is where all these thugs, imposters, and non judges with no oaths of office are going for perpetrating fraud on the people
