Local group marches against chemtrails and geoengineering

Photos by Doug Johnson

A small but passionate group promoted awareness on the chemtrail and geoengineering issue on Saturday, Aug. 25. The protest was part of a global event, and the Asheville representation took place at Vance Monument at about 2 p.m. We estimated about 50 people took part in the event and these people shared information with each other and the public as they passed by.

There were a couple of well-received speeches and the group took to foot at about 3:30 p.m. A loop was made encompassing Walnut street, Lexington Avenue, College Street and Patton Avenue. There were no protests against the group and the information was received at a clip of 70%.

Overall, the purpose of awareness was deemed a success with hopes of generating more awareness soon. A picture gallery of the protest is below.

Such nonsense. Chemtrails are the fabrication of people who do not understand science. I understand that a lot of people are afraid of the unknown but scientists know better than the rest of us and we should support their efforts… even if they are attempting to cool the earth via Geo-engineering.

Yes, support the scientists. That small handful of geniuses have far more of a right to alter the ENTIRE PLANET’S ENVIRONMENT than the other 7 Billion mere peons who just live here.

Amazed to see mostly blind people post here. We all need to wake up and I urge the naysayers to do some research! There is a mountain of evidence that these “Geo Engineering” programs are real. Yes contrails do exist and dissipate fairly quickly, but not like what we see all the time over asheville and in many places around the world… these turn into cloud cover and fall from the sky in a grid pattern. Check flights going over your area and you’ll see clearly that these planes are not included commercial flights. Please people watch this 30 min documentary as a starting point… it’s time we stand up and say NO before it’s too late.
