Keep Bryan pushing

As someone who grew up in Asheville and is now choosing to start a career and family here, it is refreshing to see a City Council member/candidate like Bryan Freeborn. Not only has he worked to protect the natural setting that makes Asheville so unique and wonderful, but he has worked to create a stronger sense of community among our residents. I am enthusiastic about his continued tenure among Asheville’s leadership and look forward to his further work in making [this] a more affordable and accessible city.

After returning to Asheville from a military deployment in 2006, I was excited to be able to commute to work and school via the Asheville Transit System—something that was often very difficult prior to the improvements that Bryan pioneered. I feel that Bryan pushes to give Asheville a character that its residents can enjoy, rather than simply making [it] a more attractive tourist destination.

Allowing Bryan Freeborn to continue progress on the initiatives that he has brought to City Council will help create an Asheville with increased opportunities across its citizen base. I encourage Ashevillians to support Freeborn with their vote.
