I worked for mission hospital… the worst job experience ever. I was wrongly fired… it was right before thanksgiving. I appealed and they did not care nor investigate. I wasted my time, was overworked, underpaid, and treated like crap. I want to be a nurse and I will remember how mission treated me and so many others. All they care about is money. It is all politics and about who’s butt you have to kiss.
Smoke and mirrors is the best way to describe mission health’s current situation. The administration has simultaneously created a toxic work environment while spoon feeding the public lies and false images of altruism, meanwhile losing up to 100 qualified and vetted staff members. Ask your friends and neighbors who work there…. I won’t send my family, neighbors, or friends there until there is real change at Mission.
