The first home bout of the 2012 season for the Blue Ridge Rollergirls, and the first in their new venue at the Western Carolina Ag Center, drew a capacity crowd of 2,000 fans and saw the team split a double header. The Blue Ridge Agility Club of Western North Carolina hosted a United States Dog Agility Association agility trial the weekend of Dec. 16-18 at the WNC Agricultural Center. More than 150 dogs and their owners were in attendance to show their skills on a variety of obstacles and in a variety of categories.
