"We follow our hero from sickly boy to exotic, world famous adventurer — and through the tangles of truth itself," reads the press release for Shipwrecked! An Entertainment: The Amazing Adventures of Louis de Rougemont (As Told by Himself). Which is a very long name for a play but, according to director Willie Repoley, the production's charm is its simplicity. Graham Smith, Tenaya Cleveland and Andrew Hampton Livingston star. The play opens on Wednesday, March 27 and runs through Sunday, April 21 at N.C. Stage. Wednesdays-Saturdays at 7:30 p.m., Sundays at 2 p.m. $10-$25. http://www.ncstage.org. Photo by Jen Lepkowski.
