Will this be the first Asheville Earth Day Festival that is not taking place on a grass surface?

It’s the first one I remember not taking place on some sort of lawn. Even if it’s not you’ve got to admit it’s still pretty ironic. An Earth Day Festival. In the middle of an asphalt street. Under a concrete bridge…with more asphalt on top. And on top of that? Automobiles traveling high rates of speed…exhausting fumes.
