FYI: The Fabulous Thunderbirds have 7-23 as the date listed on their website.

Nice! I love Bele Chere! Great lineup and living downtown sure makes it easy to get around!
    Good job Asheville!

ashevillain7: I got that from PollStar, which I usually trust, but you’re right — Fabulous TBirds site shows them playing Oswego N.Y on Saturday. I changed the date accordingly.

West Asheville stay home … it’s a great lineup and I will be there. You can listen to the crap at the Rocket Club.

  5. Dionysis

I’m with West Asheville. I wouldn’t cross the street for any of these acts, much less put up with the hassle of going downtown. It looks like a road trip elsewhere is in the cards.

But to each their own; many will probably find the line-up to their liking.

Grace Potter ROCKS! That is great news. I can’t wait for them & Inner Visions.

word has it that Brushfire Stankgrass will be playing around 6:30pm on Friday night as well. no official stage announcement yet… when are they going to release the full lineup, since it’s barely 2 months away?

  8. dpewen

Excellent! The lineup just gets better and better! Gee … wonder what’s going on in West Asheville? Oh, I know … nothing!

to Westasheville and dionysis- I suggest you see Randall Bramblett Band Sunday; A real treat for anyone who appreciates talent and musicianship.

  10. dpewen

good suggestion bd but those two just like to bad mouth all and anything fun … I am sure they do not get out.
Randall will be performing next Wednesday at the Grey Eagle with Geoff Achison … very cool stuff!!!

Unreal to see Dirtfoot coming to Asheville. Those guys are highly energetic, and are all truly masterful musicians. Definitely will be the surprise show of Bele Chere.

Toubab Krewe dropped a hint of a Bele Chere performance during Saturday night’s show @ the Orange Peel.

Date ???? (my guess is July 24 since they are in Charlotte on the 23rd)
