Busk Break: Estrellas Del Sur perform “La Bamba”

Sometimes, busking just happens in downtown Asheville. Other times, it needs a little help. Like when Busk Break recently encountered Asheville-based mariachi band Estrellas Del Sur walking back to their car after a gig, and—in embarrassingly broken Spanish—managed to convince them to perform a song for a $10 before they put their instruments away. The four-piece perform their version of “La Bamba” on the corner of Rankin and Walnut.
