Busk Break: Sweet Street Symphony Brings A Touch Of NOLA To The AVL

Members of the New Orleans-based Sweet Street Symphony performed a set on the streets of downtown Asheville today. Their performance may have been brief, but Xpress caught a short sample of their session. If you like what you hear, you’ll need to learn some musical detective skills to find more, as the group admits they have yet to start their own website or band profile.

    I heard Sweet Street at Pete’s Pizza in New Orleans one night and have been looking for them ever since. This is the first I’ve found!
