Skinny Legs and All perform “Every Mile Was Worth It”

The local teen blues-rock outfit Skinny Legs and All celebrated the release of its first original CD, appropriately titled The Original. Xpress sent videographer Jesse Hamm to capture some of the action at the Grey Eagle last Saturday night. Here, their song “Every Mile Was Worth It.”

Does anyone know if Jesse Barry getting some professional coaching/lessons so she can take her talent to the next level? She’s got so much potential!

It would be great to see this song performed at “Walk A Mile In Her Shoes”, the international march against Sexual Assault, Rape, and Gender Violence. Asheville’s March is put on by Our VOICE, the rape crisis center in Buncombe County. The community here has embraced the event and the cause. I’m sure all participants and all who benefit from the event on the 24th will think that every mile was worth it! http://walkamileasheville.org/
