Almost famous

Quinn Kimsey-White and Robert Adams of Lose This Gun

• Who they are: Quinn Kimsey-White and Robert Adams of Lose This Gun

• What they’re wearing: On Quinn, grey tee from Urban Outfitters, drainpipe jeans from Hollister, belt his mom picked up in a thrift shop, white slip-ons from Journeys. On Robert, graphic tee and retro white belt from Urban Outfitters, jeans from Hollister, shoes from Chicago Hi-Fashion and hat from Union.

• Why we love it: The look is so early Mick Jagger (as reinterpreted by the Strokes and Kings of Leon) that we can’t help but consider groupie-dom. At any rate, we’ll be keeping our eyes on this band.

Try this on

• With spring comes art fairs and craft bazaars, but the Freakers Market, held Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the Costume Shoppe (243 Haywood St.), serves up atypical creations (as the name implies) from local artists. Booths are available for vendors on a first-come, first-served basis. Info at 252-8404.
