One Center Yoga will host an Iyengar Yoga Weekend with Mary Obendorfer and Eddy Marks April 29-May 1, 2016.

Get ready for another exciting and inspiring weekend of yoga with Mary and Eddy! Their dynamic teaching style and deep knowledge about asana and pranayama make them an irresistible duo.

Mary and Eddy are Senior Iyengar teachers certified at an Advanced level. They have studied with B.K.S. Iyengar and his daughter Geeta for many years. Don’t miss this opportunity to learn from two dynamic and well-respected instructors!

Friday

6 – 8 pm – Asana

Saturday

8:30 -10 am – Pranayama

10:30 am-1 pm – Asana

2:30 – 5 pm – Asana

Sunday

8:30 -10:00 am – Pranayama

10:30am -1:30 pm – Asana

Cost: Early-bird pricing, $275 by April 22; $295 thereafter. Individual sessions are available if space permits; priority is given to students signed up for entire workshop.

Individual sessions are also available: 1.5-hr session: $50, 2-hr session: $65, 2.5-hr session: $75, 3-hr session: $90.
