Sliding scale $5-10 at the door.Anam Cara Theatre Company is pleased to announce its very first Jest Fest! Funny ladies Kristen Aldrich and Amanda DePaola will host the event, which will feature local stand-up and improv favorites — maybe even you! Open mic participants will sign up for 5-10 minute performance slots and proceed to knock our socks off with their comedic genius. This event will take place Friday, July 3rd at Toy Boat Community Art Space, 101 Fairview Rd. Asheville, NC 28803 (www.toyboatcommunityartspace.com) and will begin at 8 pm.
