UPDATE (May 29, 2020): Irby has been located and taken into custody.

Press release from Asheville Police Department:

On May 27, 2019, the Asheville Police Department (APD) responded to a report of an individual deceased inside a vehicle in the parking lot adjacent to 609 Haywood Road. The victim was identified as Dakota Nicholas Fincham, 27, of Wellford, South Carolina. Following an autopsy it was determined that Fincham passed away as a result of fentanyl toxicity. Irby has multiple tattoos to include an anchor on her right wrist and mermaid on her right forearm. She is known to have lived in Buncombe, Henderson, and Transylvania Counties in the past, and her current whereabouts are unknown.

If anyone has information concerning the location of Irby, they are encouraged to contact the APD at 828-252-1110.
