APD seeks community assistance to locate missing person

Press release from Asheville Police Department: 

The Asheville Police Department is requesting assistance to locate missing person, Sandy Jo Lloyd Austin. Sandy was reported missing on September 18. She was last seen on July 12 in the area of 119 Tunnel Road wearing blue jeans and carrying a black purse.

Sandy is described as a white female, 29 years of age, with blonde hair and blue eyes. She is 5’3″ and approximately 125 pounds. She has tattoos on her forearms reading “Believe in Love” and “Faith and Hope”.

If anyone has any information on the location of Sandy Jo Lloyd Austin they are encouraged to contact the Asheville Police Department at (828) 252-1110 or Asheville-Buncombe Crime Stoppers at (828) 255-5050, if they wish to remain anonymous.
