APD and BCSO need new firing ranges

According to the Asheville Citizen-Times, The Police Department and Buncombe County Sheriff’s Office are searching to find new shooting ranges, which will likely cost both more money than their current arrangements.

Asheville police, which has been without a range since November, is in the most difficult situation. Officers have been traveling to Edneyville’s firing range for training.
