From the Asheville Police Department:
Asheville – Investigators with the Asheville Police Department charged 17 year old, Quwiivonte Perry Timmons, of Asheville, with voluntary manslaughter in the assault investigation that led to the death of Patrick Frances Saunders, 31, of Asheville.
Timmons is currently being held at the Buncombe County Detention Facility under $10,000 bond. His booking photo will be released when it becomes available.
