Asheville Brewing is obsessed with hops! We love IPAs! It’s only natural that we’d celebrate Asheville Beer Week with a series of single hop IPAs to showcase our favorite varieties. It was hard work, but we narrowed down our list of hops to just seven. Starting Friday, April 11th, we will tap a new “mystery” single hop IPA every Friday until Asheville Beer Week. Seven IPAs brewed exactly the same, except for the hops. Each hop is kept secret until the next “mystery” hop IPA release. On Wednesday of Asheville Beer Week, May 28th, we will release them all at once. Seven single hop IPAs in one flight! Hop Domination! Come test your nose with us each week and guess which hop we used. Then come Beer Week, taste all seven and really take your inner beer nerd to a new level. Guess all seven and you’re a beer legend. No, really. You will be talked about in history books.
